Xavier Font is Director of Studies at the International Centre for Responsible Tourism at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. He researches and teaches on responsible change as a competitive advantage tool, both for international businesses and small community developments.His research focuses on marketing and management of ecolabels in tourism and hospitality.
