Rafael Peels

In 2013, Peels, Belgium, worked as a researcher for the Cooperative Branch of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva. Before that, he was employed by the Research Institute of Work and Society (HIVA) where he worked on non-state actor participation, international development cooperation, monitoring and evaluation, and social and solidarity economy.
